Membership Application Form

Rules And Regulations

  1. Applicants having their Timber business within the limit of Greater Mumbai Municipal Corporation will be admitted as members.
  2. Admission fee is not refundable. The subscription and admission fee is subject to change.
  3. Subscription should be sent within 6 months from the commencement of Financial year. Failing which association will initiate action against member under clause 13 of article of association.
  4. Application should be recommended by two members of the Association. (i) Proposed By (ii) Seconded By.
  5. The management committee reserves its right to accept or reject the new membership application without assigning the reasons and no correspondance will be entertained and such rejected application will be retained by association and will not be returned to the applicant.
  6. Members wish to resign their membership should send the resignation letter before 31st March i.e. before the completion of the financial year and the subscription will have to be paid for that year otherwise Association will initiate action as per the bye laws of the Association. The member will have to return the certificate already issued to them.
  7. The outstanding dues will have to be paid while applying for fresh membership.
  8. Once resigned no fresh application for membership will be accepted within the period of six months.
